COVID Safe Events

Ribbonworks are a family run business and we have been successfully designing, producing and supplying branded COVID safe events products and to events management companies, organisations, clubs, teams, interest groups and individuals across the UK and beyond for over two decades. Since 2003 we have been trusted by UK and international businesses and organisations, both large and small, to design and deliver their conference lanyards, ID cards and delegate passes, ID accessories, branded products, delegate bags and promotional items on time and on budget.

In recent years, after the COVID-19 pandemic, we have expanded our ID & events product range to include a selection of products for COVID safe events. These ranges include branded cloth face masks, available in a selection of different fabrics and with a range of varied print and branding options and multifunctional neck tube bandanas, which can be worn as a cloth face covering as well as in 15+ other ways. We can supply hi viz vests and brandable protective screens, like the Correx® Sneeze Guard Screen or acrylic Sneeze Guard Screen, so your check-in and support staff can work in a COVID safe and secure environment. We've also added no-touch door opener keyrings to our promotional items so your delegate bags can contain some COVID safe goodies too.

Our social distancing stickers are floor stickers designed to help your staff, attendees or other stakeholders to move around your premises in a COVID safe manner. We hold in stock a range of red and green coloured stickers including our stop social distancing floor sticker, wait social distancing floor sticker, keep 2m apart social distancing floor sticker, arrow social distancing floor sticker and stay 2m apart social distancing floor sticker as well as a selection of stickers that can be custom printed with your own message or branding in round shaped, pill shaped or mixed shaped stickers.

We have also been expanding our range of environmentally friendly branded products for your events as we all become more aware of the need to be sustainable and environmentally conscious in our daily lives. These eco friendly ranges now include eco friendly custom printed lanyards, which can be custom branded with your logo, and environmentally friendly plain coloured lanyards, which are made from either sustainable and biodegradable bamboo fibre, or post consumer recycled plastic such as old plastic drinks bottles. Additionally, whilst most of our lanyards can be added to local recycling we also offer a recycling option for those customers who cannot recycle in their local community.
