Ribbonworks are a family run business and we have been successfully designing, producing and supplying printed passes, inserts, badges and ID cards to companies, organisations, clubs, teams, interest groups and individuals across the UK and beyond for over two decades. Since 2003 we have been trusted by UK and international businesses and organisations, both large and small, to design and deliver their custom branded lanyards, ID cards and ID accessories on time and on budget.
We can supply printed ID cards or name badges, personalised with photos, names and job titles, single or double sided, printed on credit card sized cards to your specific requirements. We are also able to offer more generic branded passes or proximity cards for your attendees, staff, volunteers or team members, ensuring brand and colour consistency across both your branded lanyards and ID cards or name badges.
We can either design and print ID cards as a one off order or our our ID bureau services allow us to help you in managing your ID requirements, including the design and distribution of cards on an ad-hoc basis, so you can easily order additional cards for new employees, volunteers or team members as required. Additionally we can design and produce a range of other printed plastic cards including membership cards, proximity access cards, loyalty cards and much more.
Our collection of printed passes includes the most popular credit card sized passes or name badges which can be customised for each individual delegate, as well as larger sized delegate passes or badges which can be printed in full colour either as rigid plastic event passes or laminated card attendee passes, available in custom shapes and sizes, as well as a range of ever popular standard sizes to fit our PVC wallets. Delegate passes can be individually printed with attendee details or printed with more generic designs suitable for different classes of attendees, with variation in colours and design to help you differentiate between different types of attendees and other stakeholders.
If your meetings, conferences or events don't require personalised passes or unique ID cards for each attendee, we can supply a selection of fabric wrist bands or festival bands, which have been popularised as entrance passes at many music festivals or similar outdoor events. These branded festival bands come in a choice of fabrics, colours and print styles, so different varients can be produced to allow access to VIP areas, backstage or to other limited access areas. Additionally we supply durable, wipe clean silicone wristbands which can be embossed, debossed, branded and customised in multiple different ways, and are great for outdoor events when a more traditional pass or card could be damaged by water or dirt.
