Urgent Order?
Help!
We get a lot of very urgent orders - often from customers whose lanyard suppliers have let them down. If we can help, we will bend over backwards to do so - for no extra charge.
Our minimum delivery time for most printed products is 1 week - please email in with your as many details as you can give for confirmation. Depending on the time of the week, we can sometimes deliver small amounts even faster.
To help us help you in an emergency situation, you can help us with your order:
- Pick a stock colour to print on - eg black, white, blue etc - pantone matching adds time
- Have your artwork ready - poor quality images/artwork changes slows us down
- Supply delivery details and pay your invoice promptly
- Contact us as soon as you can!
Please bear in mind that for very urgent orders (1 week or less), we cannot give a 100% guarantee of delivery on time, due to external factors - couriers, bad weather etc. But we will never take on a deadline that we do not think is achievable. And we very rarely do not meet a deadline!
Remember, we have an extensive stock of unprinted lanyards too - we can ship these next day in many cases, contact us to see what we have in stock.
