How To Order

If you are ordering lanyards for the first time, you've probably noticed there are lots of options and choices. Material, colours, width, clips, cardholders - it can be confusing for a first timer! That's why we are here to help - our friendly team will guide you through the process, from initial contact, through design, on to the delivery of your custom lanyards or promotional product - on time, under budget and to your 100% satisfaction. We've written a guide below- but if we haven't answered any of your questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Order and Delivery

Artwork

We can print most logos and lanyard designs unless they are extremely detailed - email your artwork to us and we can advise on the best method of reproduction. We can use most formats.

Colours

For most products, we can match absolutely any colour you have, for the material or the print. If you have a Pantone number, we can match that (minimum quantity 50 printed lanyards, 100 plain lanyards). Please note the industry standard for pantone matching dyed material is +/- 10%, and colours can often not be reproduced on a computer screen. We stock unprinted lanyards in a wide variety of colours (see below) - we may also have small amounts of other colours in stock, let us know if you are looking for a colour that isn't in the list below.

Ordering

Once you have agreed your design/details with your advisor, simply email or fax your order to us, and we will get production underway. For custom products, we will supply you with a picture of the finished lanyard (time permitting if you have a rush order) to approve before producing the full amount. Please pay particular attention to this stage - check that the text/colours/clips/safety breaks (if applicable) are all correct, as we cannot rectify after production.

If you are happy with the sample picture, please send us an email to approve, and we will go to mass production.

Delivery and Turnaround

If we have your product in stock (eg a plain unprinted or a stock printed lanyard), we can often deliver the next day - contact us to check available colours and stock levels.

For customised lanyards, the lead time is normally 1-3 weeks. If you have an urgent deadline, we can turn an order of printed lanyards round in 5-7 days, please contact us to check. We do not charge extra for this service.

Payment

After confirming you order, you will receive an invoice. Payment before delivery is required for first time orders - for subsequent orders, 30 days credit from date of ordering may be extended (subject to credit check).

We can accept payment by credit card, cheque or BACS, whichever is most convenient for you.

To make it easier for us to process and deliver your order quickly, please let us know if there is a specific person/address that your invoice should be sent to.
