Ordering Customised Products

If you are ordering lanyards for the first time, you've probably noticed there are lots of options and choices.

That's why we are here to help - our friendly team will guide you through the process. If we haven't answered any of your questions below, please do not hesitate to contact us!


We can print most logos and designs - email us your artwork/ideas and we can advise on the best production process.


For most products, we can PANTONE® match to your chosen colours. Please note the industry standard for PANTONE® matching dyed material is +/- 10%, and colours can often not be reproduced perfectly on a computer screen.


Once you have approved your artwork we will get production underway. Please pay particular attention when approving your artwork to ensure the design and/or text is correct and any chosen colours, attachements or other options are correct as we cannot make any changes once production commences.

Delivery and Turnaround

Items purchased from our online shop are normally dispatched the same business day when ordered before 2pm. Orders placed at the weekend or on holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Depending on the value of your order you can choose an untracked service or a normally next day express courier service.

For customised products the lead time from artwork approval is specified on each product page - if you do have a very urgent deadline, please get in touch as we can sometimes find a production slot to meet your deadline.


After confirming you order, you will receive an pro-forma invoice.

Payment before delivery is required for first time orders: 30 day invoice terms may be available for repeat customers subject to credit check.

We are happy to accept official purchase orders and extend 30 day payment terms to local, national or devolved government departments, NHS & NHS partner organisations, schools, colleges, universities and similar organisations. Please remember to include P&P.

We can accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, cheque or BACS, whichever is most convenient for you.

To make it easier for us to process and deliver your order quickly, please let us know if there is a specific person/address that your invoice should be sent to.
